Captain Jack and Elizabeth love music and when they are not sailing the seas, they moonlight with this band as Jack the Rum Runner, Elizabeth the Stowaway and special help from Harvey the Corpsman.

Jack is Captain of this crew and plays guitars and sings. Elizabeth plays flute, bass guitar and sings. Harvey plays percussion, sings and is the crew’s pirate historian.

Our latest review says it all!
We recently had the pleasure of hosting The Pair of Pirates at our library, and it was an unforgettable experience! This band of three immensely talented musicians brought the magic of the high seas right to our Library. Their performance was a delightful mix of traditional sea shanties, pirate songs, nautical-themed cover tunes, and a few original pieces that had our audience completely captivated.
The group's ability to blend music with comedy and storytelling made for an engaging and interactive show. Their colorful costumes and infectious energy transformed our library into a lively port, filled with the sounds of hearty laughter and spirited singing. Our patrons couldn't help but join in the chorus of "Yo, Ho, Ho" and raise their beverages in a rousing salute.
Beyond the music, The Pair of Pirates entertained us with a treasure trove of tall tales and pirate trivia, turning the event into an educational adventure. Their 50 years of combined professional experience shone through in every note and every joke, making the performance seamless and thoroughly enjoyable.
Whether you're looking to host a unique and entertaining event, or simply want to bring a bit of nautical fun to your venue, The Pair of Pirates are sure to deliver. They come highly recommended by everyone here at the library, and we can't wait to have them back again. Arrr, you'll be talking like a pirate and singing sea shanties long after the last note has been played! Lago Vista Public Library

Elizabeth the Stowaway
Elizabeth's father wanted her to marry well. She'd have none of that, so it was piracy or the circus, but the circus had already left town. Thank goodness we were still in dry dock.
Singer, plays bass, drum, flute and tambourine and occasionally blurts out a pirate joke or two.

Jack the Rum Runner
Jack comes from a long line of rum runners. He started a business supplying rum to pirates on the 7 seas, but he kept drinking his profits. He's the third cousin twice removed from another famous pirate. And by removed, we mean he was thrown out of the pub twice.
Singer, drinks rum, plays 12 string guitar, drinks rum, plays bass, drinks rum, and well.... you get it.

Harvey the Corpsman
Ships doctor and resident historian. He knows everything about the Golden Age of Piracy because he was there. He has an answer for everything, not necessarily the correct one.
Sings, tells stories, bangs on things, slaps Jack, and tells the worst jokes.

We really enjoyed your show yesterday at Weatherford Library! My little one (girl in the frog dress) LOVED your show. She spent the rest of the day telling everyone that she saw REAL pirates!! She saw one of yall coming out of the library after the show and she said, "Look! The pirate is going back to his ship!"
So, thank you guys for giving her an unforgettable experience. Hopefully we can see you all again in the future! KW

It was my recent pleasure to witness a performance of Pair of Pirates as they performed for our Daughters of the American Revolution chapter meeting. I did not know what to expect. Pirates???
They were a delight! Not only were they informative, they were interesting, witty, and involved music as part of their program. Everyone was enthralled. They received resounding applause!
I would certainly look forward to seeing them perform again, ARRRRR!

What can I say? It was such fun and such a success to have Pair of Pirates as the headliners of the Ridglea Hills Elementary School's annual Fine Arts Day.
Pirates you say? On Fine Arts Day? Yep! And they were a delight. This amazing trio did two shows for about 300 kids each show, gave them all a pirate-y good time and never crossed the line on kid friendly fun. I absolutely recommend them for whatever event you are planning.

Last week, The Killeen Public Library summer readers went on a voyage with the brilliant Pair of Pirates entertainment group. The band sang popular pirate hits while our kiddos danced along like silly scallywags. We had lots of fun and thank Pair of Pirates for visiting us in Killeen!
Avast, me hearties! Our summer reading program event with a Pair of Pirates was a huge success! The pirates' tales of treasure and daring deeds had us all on the edge of our seats, and the fun activities kept us all entertained. We hope you all had as much fun as we did! Keep reading, me hearties, and we'll see you at our next event in Cuero!

Hi, I loved the history about the lady pirates involved in a deadly activity. These women were very enterprising, brave, and courageous for daring to compete in a violent male dominated occupation. They were accepted as successful leaders. M.H.
Enjoyed the colorful presentation, especially learning about how some of the people got started in the business (including what they did before), how many women there were and how and what kinds of connections they made. How clever they were. How adaptable they were, and how persuasive they were. We could hear every word clearly. I. F
